District Power delivered the full electrical scope for Ascent Aviation's 260,000 sq. ft. ground-up MRO hangar facility at Pinal Air Park — a large-scale industrial build featuring 100-foot ceiling heights throughout. The project was the second of two back-to-back Extra Space Storage completions for District Power, alongside the Bridges location. Working with TEP, District Power re-routed primaries on the property and installed new CT cabinets to power the facility. The ground-up scope included full power distribution, site and building lighting, and all underground conduit and conductors through final inspection.

The scope covered service entrance installation, full electrical rough-in, lighting systems, and all equipment circuit connections for the drive-through service bays — completed through final inspection in coordination with the general contractor's schedule.

District Power completed the electrical scope for the Tesla dealership in Tucson, including the high-capacity EV charging infrastructure, service entrance, and facility lighting systems required to support electric vehicle sales and service operations. Tesla's facilities carry unusually high electrical demand — the charging infrastructure alone required significant panel capacity and dedicated high-amperage circuit runs throughout the service and showroom areas. All work was coordinated with Tesla's specifications and brought to final inspection.

District Power handled the full electrical construction for a Caliber Collision auto body repair facility in Tucson. Auto body facilities carry demanding electrical requirements — high-capacity service for spray booth and paint curing equipment, specialty circuits for frame straightening and alignment systems, high-bay bay lighting, and compressed air system power. All work was delivered through final inspection in coordination with the national GC.

District Power completed the electrical scope for Beyond Bread's food production and distribution facility in Tucson. The project required high-capacity electrical service to support commercial refrigeration systems, food production equipment, and warehouse operations — along with facility and warehouse lighting throughout. District Power delivered the electrical scope for Harbor Freight Tools in Scottsdale. Due to long equipment lead times, District Power worked directly with the project engineers to utilize the building's existing electrical gear and avoid delays — a value-engineering approach that kept the project on schedule. A new meter monitoring system was installed to measure and track electricity usage for the incoming tenant on the existing equipment. All work was coordinated with the national GC and brought to final inspection.

District Power performed the electrical installation for NatureMed's licensed cannabis cultivation facility in Tucson — one of the most electrically demanding project types in the commercial sector. Commercial grow operations require high-capacity circuits for grow lighting, HVAC and environmental control systems, and dedicated equipment power throughout. The project required heavy panel and subpanel installation sized for the facility's intensive electrical load profile, along with regulatory compliance wiring to meet Arizona's licensing requirements for cannabis cultivation.
